Restaurant valet in New York and New Jersey

Your guests hand over their keys at the curb and go straight to their table. We plan the service around your entrance, your parking, and your busiest seatings.

A good first impression at every seating

Parking is the first and last part of a night out. We take it off your guests’ hands from the moment they pull up until they drive home.

01

Staffed to your seatings

We schedule the crew around the seatings you actually run, early and late.

02

Curb kept clear

We move cars off the curb quickly, so the drop-off doesn’t back up into the street.

03

Departures planned

We plan for the end of the night too, when several tables pay and leave at once.

04

One point of contact

Our supervisor is on site every night we work, so your manager has one person to go to.

Curb to parking and back

Our attendants greet each guest at the curb, take the keys, and park the car in a lot or garage your restaurant can use. When the check is paid, the car is brought back to the front, ready to go.

Before your first night, we work out where guests step out, where the cars go, and how long the walk to parking is.

Busy nights

Weekends and second seatings

Friday and Saturday dinners bring a lot of cars in a short window. We staff for the busiest stretch of the night.

If you run a second seating, we plan for the overlap, when early guests are leaving while the next reservations are pulling up.

The right size crew for your covers

Crew size depends on your cover count, how quickly guests arrive, and how far the parking is from your entrance. A small room with a lot next door needs fewer attendants than a full room with a garage down the block. We set the number once we know your curb and your parking.

  • Based on your cover count
  • More attendants when parking is a longer walk
  • A supervisor on every job

★★★★★

“The employees are always professional and courteous and display a great level of care.”

Good to know

Restaurants without their own lot

Plenty of restaurants don’t have one. What we need is somewhere for the cars to go, such as a nearby garage or a lot the restaurant has access to.

Weekly nights or a single event

Valet can be set up for the same nights every week or for a single private party in the dining room. Either way, we start with your curb, your parking, and when your guests come and go.
