Damage reports
A guest who finds damage should tell the supervisor before leaving, so the report is made on site while everyone is still there.

Every job has a supervisor on site and a crew of uniformed attendants.
Crew size
We set the crew once we know the property and the guest count. A dinner with parking next door needs fewer attendants than a wedding where most guests leave at the same time.
Funeral service
For funeral valet, our attendants work quietly and keep the entrance clear for the family. We plan around the service times and how people will leave afterward.

Recurring service
For restaurants and properties that need valet on a regular schedule, we offer ongoing parking management.
Premier Valet is based on Staten Island and works across New York City, New Jersey and Los Angeles. We handle valet for restaurants, weddings, funerals, private events, and hotels and resorts.
How we plan each job
We start with the property: where guests arrive and step out, where the cars can go, how many guests arrive at once, how far the parking is from the entrance and how departures will work.
