Valet insurance and certificates

Premier Valet Coast To Coast LLC is fully insured, and a supervisor is on site at every job. If your venue asks vendors for a certificate of insurance, tell us when you request service.

What to send for a certificate

Send the venue’s legal name as it appears on your contract, the date of the job and any wording the venue’s form requires. You can also email the form itself to valetpremier2018@gmail.com.

If a guest reports damage

Ask the guest to tell the supervisor before driving away. The supervisor writes up what happened while everyone is still on site, and we follow up from that report.

When to ask for a certificate

Ask when you first request service, not the week of the event. Wedding venues often want vendor paperwork on file well before the date, and hotels, funeral homes and restaurant landlords can have their own requirements. It works the same way for weddings, hotels, funerals and restaurants.
