How we think about the work
The small things are what guests remember.
A valet attendant may be the first person your guest meets and the last person they see before leaving. That interaction becomes part of the restaurant, hotel, wedding or event whether the valet team works for the property directly or not.
So we pay attention to the practical things: where the line forms, whether the entrance stays clear, how the handoff feels, how attendants communicate and what happens when several people ask for their cars at the same time.
Professional does not have to mean complicated.
The job starts with a straightforward conversation about the location, timing and expected volume. From there, the plan should be easy to understand and the service should fit naturally into the property or event.
