What we need from the practice

Send the address, the lot or garage you control, and the appointment peaks you’ve actually seen: roughly how many cars early in the morning, mid-morning and in the afternoon. If there’s a garage, describe the entrance and ramp, since they shape the plan.

Give us one front desk contact for each shift so the supervisor can reach the office without leaving the lot.

Common clinic lot problems

Two things tend to cause trouble on a clinic lot: a crew sized for the quiet middle of the day instead of the morning rush, and overflow cars left in space that has to stay clear. Both are easier to settle during planning than on a busy Monday.

Clinic mornings bring a steady run of short visits. Office workers who park all day tend to arrive in the morning and leave together at the end of the day. If your building has both, we plan for both peaks rather than one average, so patients aren’t stuck waiting behind all-day parkers. If you share a garage with other tenants or residents, say so up front.
